Bulgarpress'
obligations:
1. On the
territory of Sofia, to assure the declarated titles the
day they are received in Bulgaria.
2. In
Bourgas, Varna and Plovdiv the press is being delivered
the next morning by Bulgarpress' couriers.
3. For the
rest the subscription is being delivered by Sofia's
Central post.
4. If you
don't receive declarated copy throught Bulgarpress's
fault, the firm is obligated to continue the delivery
until reaching the declarated amount or pays back the
amount corresponding to the missing copies.
Subscriber's obligations:
1. To pay
off the amount of declarated press before the begining of
the subscription period.
2. The buyer
is obliged not to sell the received newspapers and
magazines declarated in this contract.
